Beginning tomorrow, I'm going to be super anal about eating and exercising. From Wed-Sat last week, I lost 6 pounds by just barely taking in 300 calories a day, and inhaling water. Now, I've begun running again, and so that whole relationship is back in my life and I'm all about it right now. If I keep up with my small meals and insane waters, I should lose and start feeling better.
I'm charging head first into this one.
